    Course description

    Being an adaptable public speaker means you have to be aware of your audience’s reaction. Decoding non-verbal clues and unspoken messages is vital whether you are talking to a large group or one person.
    The course content has been developed in partnership with the Institut Français de Synergologie, the key research institute for non-verbal communication, and covers the basic concepts of non-verbal communication. The course will help you to decipher unspoken messages, the degree of openness of you audience and the subtle non-verbal signals you can use in order to adjust your communication.
