A specialist course for aspiring leaders looking to transform from a technical expert to a departmental manager, director or business owner. This two day course will identify the strategic needs of business and will encourage you to develop the skills that will simultaneously enhance your organisation and boost your career. You will explore the 18 essential elements of a successful business including strategy, finance, leadership, marketing, technology and HR and consider how these can be embedded within your organisation.

Preparing to manage a property team, a department or an organisation requires different but complementary skills to those you require to carry out your technical duties.
