With over 35 years’ experience, Alan is a multi-disciplined property professional. His experience covers the leadership and management of all aspects of the real estate asset lifecycle, from asset creation through to asset operations and realisation of the target investment returns, growth and service delivery.
His roles and responsibilities have ranged from general manager, divisional director and board advisory roles in the Middle East, Australia and the UK.
These roles typically involve:
- Large scale, complex real estate, services and facility management
- Property portfolio performance, maximising operating income and achieving value growth
- Operations planning and implementation, resource optimisation and service delivery effectiveness
On his return to the Middle East in 2010, Alan’s responsibilities have included extensive training and mentoring to management teams in property and FM best practices, as part of his leadership of large-scale performance improvement programs for well-known property organisations.
