Philip Wilbourn is a Chartered Environmental Surveyor and an experienced expert in Environmental Law, valuation of real estate impacted by the environment, and the development/investment markets.

Philip is the lead author of Contamination, the Environment and Sustainability: Implications for Chartered Surveyors and Their Clients, 3rd edition and a member of the RICS Valuation Standards Board.

Through his experience he has an understanding of the issues associated with sustainability and how they will ultimately affect the property market. Philip has run his own practice for over 20 years and his goal is to see ensure that environmental issues and real estate matters are properly understood.

Philip is also a Trustee of RICS Research Trust, an established charity, with a remit of supporting, delivering and disseminating high quality research, independent reliable knowledge and future thinking through research funding in the disciplines of land, property and construction.
