Attendees to this web class will benefits from a general understanding of construction contract management. The Course is based on the principles of JCT 2011, so some prior knowledge may be an advantage, but is not essential.

Those without prior knowledge of Construction contracts would beneficiate from looking at some of the JCT 2011 contracts prior to the course.
