Compulsory Purchase - Disturbance Claim

This session specifically focuses on Rule 6 of the six rules of valuation in terms of concentrating upon the components of a disturbance claim and will examine the compulsory acquisition of a range of property types and the disturbance associated therewith. What can be claimed? What is betterment? What is value for money? The Web Class will be accompanied by several real life acquisitions dealt with by the trainer.
