Course information

Strengthening our wellbeing is vital for success in our personal and professional lives. Surveyors are in daily contact with clients, colleagues and contractors and in no other industry is it more important to raise awareness of mental and physical wellbeing. As Scotland’s newest agricultural charity, Farmstrong remains committed to raising awareness of wellbeing across the sector. This webinar will focus on personal wellbeing through our Wellbeing Bank Account Activity, while also introducing participants to a range of resources, platforms, and events. These tools are designed to be shared with friends, family, colleagues, and clients, helping to build resilience and capacity across farming and crofting communities.

By equipping individuals with practical skills and knowledge, Farmstrong Scotland aims to foster a thriving, sustainable agricultural sector. Farmstrong Scotland is a peer-to-peer led programme created to support farmers, crofters, and others working within agricultural communities in navigating the challenges and opportunities of the sector. Developed through research and enriched by peer-to-peer story sharing, the charity highlights practical approaches individuals use to safeguard their wellbeing, while also providing expert insights on topics identified through industry surveys as areas where support is most needed.
