Tim Jones has 25 years senior level experience of building surveying, construction project management, property development, business coaching and climate change in the public, private and voluntary sectors. He has delivered construction projects worth over £500M in a wide range of areas including leisure facilities, housing, museums, theatres, district heating, parks, farms and area based regeneration. Tim is an RICS APC Chairman/Assessor for both Building Surveying and Project Management panels and runs a private practice providing procurement, project management and business planning advice.
