This course will focus on the transition from Foundation to Intermediate, with advanced and more detailed training on:

• Investment Value and DCF valuations
• Advanced Residual Method: Based on the Investment Method (Traditional and DCF)

By the end of the course, the candidate should be confident to value properties with long development and return schedules, including Malls, small development projects, factories, and mixed-use buildings.
Assessment:

• Exam: MCQ + Short Term questions + 2 long case questions
• Submission of 3 reports with 3 case studies

Upon successful completion of this training course and assessment, candidates proceed to apply for a Class B License. This entails completion of this Valuation Intermediate Course, passing the assessment and submitting 3 BVS compliant reports to RERA for assessment. Upon completion of the above, a B Classification license will be issued by RERA (provided the applicant complies with all criteria set by RERA).
