This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice. Once you have passed the Foundation qualification you can progress to the more advanced Practitioner qualification.
Who is this course for?
There are no pre-requisites for the foundation level of APMG International Change Management™ course. The qualification is aimed at anyone involved in change at any level within an organisation, including;

Exam Format
The APMG International Change Management™ Foundation exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions, split across four sections. 25 marks are required to pass (out of 50,) a 50% pass mark. The exam is closed-book and lasts 40 minutes. It is taken online via web proctor.
The purpose of the Foundation certification is to confirm that a candidate has sufficient knowledgeand understanding of Change Management to work as an informal member of a team working on an organisational change initiative. Also, the Foundation certification is a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification.
