Vincent Leloup is the Founder and Managing Partner of Exequatur, a firm specialized in training, consulting and dispute resolution services for the construction industry. Vincent holds 20 years of experience on international building and infrastructure projects across Asia, Africa, Europe and Central America.

Vincent is a professional Engineer by trade, with postgraduate legal qualifications, and comes from a Contractor then consulting engineering background. Accredited since 2007 by FIDIC as International Trainer, he has delivered over 90 training sessions in Europe, Africa and Asia.

He is a Member of the FIDIC Contracts Committee, and of the FIDIC Task Group No.4B, in charge of writing the update of the FIDIC Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement, whose latest & 4th edition dates back to 2006, and whose publication is scheduled for 2016. He also acts for FIDIC as Assessment Panel Member for the FIDIC International Trainer Accreditation Programme.          

Accredited FIDIC Adjudicator under the French National List hosted by Syntec Ingénierie, French Member Association of FIDIC, Vincent is also a Fellow Member of the Dispute Board Federation (DBF, Switzerland), and a Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF, USA).         

Vincent frequently acts as advisor to Employers, Engineers and Contractors in FIDIC Contracts management, including training, assistance for risks analysis, contract drafting, contract administration, claims management & dispute resolution.
