Since the age of 12, Kevin Aspin has held a passion for the property profession and started his career as a Trainee Surveyor in 1982 at Tameside MBC. He qualified in 1989, was Head of Property from 2005 and stayed until 2011. In August 2011, the call of the private sector was too great to ignore, and Kevin formed Aspin and Company Limited Chartered Surveyors. Kevin has been awarded National Prizes in Valuation and Property Management, and for the last 18 years, Kevin has lectured at various Universities in Valuation and Statutory Valuation. He is also a RICS APC Assessor.
