Course information

Diversity and inclusion is essential within the built environment sector, ensuring that everyone can share the benefits of and contribute to a wide-reaching sector. Although there are positive steps to make the sector more inclusive there continues to be a lack of representation within industries including construction and industry. In the UK, women make up just 15% of the construction workforce with only 2% working onsite. Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups make up just 6% of the workforce and the same figure applies to those with a disability. This webinar will explore how we can make the industry and sector more inclusive ensuring it represents society as a whole.
