    Course information

Creating inclusive workplaces requires more than good intentions. It relies on understanding the diverse experiences, perspectives and needs of the individuals who make up our teams and organisations. Within the natural and built environment, fostering inclusive cultures helps strengthen collaboration, encourage innovation and create environments where people can perform at their best.

This course, featuring curated content from Access Learning and delivered through the RICS partnership with Access Learning, explores the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion and the practical actions professionals can take to embed them in everyday practice. Learners will develop an understanding of unconscious bias, neurodiversity and the value that diverse teams bring to organisations, while also examining the responsibilities associated with creating fair and inclusive workplaces.

Aligned with RICS professional values, this course provides practical insights to help professionals challenge barriers to inclusion, promote a culture of respect and belonging, and contribute to positive outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.
