This CPD will assist you in understanding theory and techniques of risk management to help towards the Risk Management APC competency.
It will focus on the entirety of the project risk management process including identification, assessment, analysis, treatment, and reporting. It will also look at quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis in more detail to understand required inputs and how to interpret the outputs to enable decision-making.
The session consists of a presentation with a Q&A session.
