Antony Parkinson has over 25 years of residential property experience spanning supported and social housing, block management, residential survey and valuation and property standards.

In his previous role as Senior Specialist in Property Standards at RICS, Antony led on some key industry standards and projects including the Service Charge Residential Management Code and the Residential Retrofit Standard. He also serves as a fee paid Valuer Chair of the First Tier Tribunal. Antony holds MRICS and FTPI qualifications and is a RICS Registered Valuer and RICS Accredited Mediator.
