    - Jackoup Gergis, CMA

"The courses led by RICS, in line with RERA BH requirements, have provided me with deeper knowledge of various valuation methodologies and the confidence to undertake complex assignments. The interactive classes, especially those with Dr. Tareq, helped me absorb the material more easily and apply the IVS and Red Book standards in practice."

    - Sara Abdulla, CBRE

"... The valuation course through RICS, led by lecturer Mr. Tariq Al-Madani, stood out for the excellent interaction from the trainees. They shared a great deal of their expertise with us, and we conducted training exercises and simulations for valuation reports that underwent detailed review. This had a significant impact in correcting errors that would have cost us dearly."

    • real‑world skills to produce robust, compliant valuation reports

Empowering you to operate with assurance in an increasingly complex market.
