Course Format, Assessment & Outcome

This is a 3-hour course hosted on the RICS Online Learning Academy. The course can be completed in one sitting or in several bite-size modules.

Assessment is in the form of an online multiple-choice test. After successful completion of the modules and test, you will be awarded with an RICS Foundation Level Certificate in Conflict Avoidance and Dispute Resolution.

On successfully completing this programme, you will be awarded the RICS Foundation Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conflict Avoidance.
