Course description
A significant portion of a managerial role involves the receiving and communication of information and disseminating of knowledge and guidance to individuals and teams. In order to do this most effectively, a manager must use the most appropriate methods of communication and optimise the use of time spent with the team. Managers often face problems that cannot be approached in a purely analytical manner. Instead they must consider a variety of relevant aspects, from the more human to those around corporate culture and social conditions.
This course will aid you with assessing issues, determining the best approach, provide you with the basic concepts behind systems thinking and an understanding of the different perception levels and interactions in situations.
