She leads energy and thermal comfort assessments, ensuring compliance with legislation and planning policy. She specialises in EPCs, Passivhaus, and advising design teams on sustainable solutions. Her portfolio spans single homes to high-rise, mixed-use developments. She has also acted as sustainability advisory/guardian with Local Authorities and other clients, and delivers tailored seminars to clients, promoting knowledge sharing and advancing sustainability in the built environment.

Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in retrofit.
