With over 25 years of experience, he specialises in digital transformation and the practical use of data and AI to enhance project outcomes. James chairs the cross-industry Project Data Analytics Task Force and is a key voice in UK professional bodies, including APM and RICS, where he advocates for responsible AI adoption and digital upskilling.

James is also the founder of Project Flux, a platform combining newsletters, podcasts, and educational resources to help industry professionals navigate the intersection of AI and project delivery. He frequently speaks at conferences on emerging tech and the future of work in the built environment.
