Course information

This webinar will cover what can happen when parties agree to refer any disputes that may arise during the course of a project to a conflict avoidance process and/or dispute board. This webinar will refer to both MEA and international examples, given the global experience of the panel.

Featuring a panel of technical experts drawn from the built environment,  we will look and discuss how adoption of these collaborative forms of conflict avoidance and dispute management can lead to a project that finishes on time and in budget. We will also cover the use of early dispute resolution techniques to deal with technical matters, such as early neutral intervention and the use of expert determiners.

The first webinar in this series - focused on The Role Experts Play throughout the Dispute Resolution Process - will be taking place on July 2nd 2024.
