The Standards and Regulation Board are consulting RICS members and the public about proposals to strengthen the assurance of valuation practice. These implement recommendations from the Independent Review of Valuation Practice to introduce the role of a Valuation Compliance Officer and also propose a new registration category for regulated firms that carry out valuations. This webinar will provide more detail about the proposals and answer questions to allow members and firms to respond to the consultation.
