Peter is widely recognised as one of the leading authorities in the field of service charges.  He is past chair of the RICS Service Charge Code Professional Group and the technical author of the RICS professional standard; Service charges in commercial property.

Peter has regularly acted as expert witness and as independent expert in the determination of service charge disputes.

He has also written a number of books, information papers and guidance notes for RICS and the RICS ‘isurv’ on-line project as well as numerous press articles.  He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on commercial service charges generally.
