Matt Molloy

My Bio

Matthew is a highly experienced dispute resolver, appointed in over 900 construction and engineering disputes as adjudicator, arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner, or member of Conflict or Dispute Avoidance Panels/Boards. His experience includes high-profile projects in the UK and overseas, involving complex technical and legal issues across sectors such as infrastructure, power generation (including renewable energy and nuclear), education, and leisure. He is currently a part-time PhD student and Teaching Fellow at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London, researching international law and arbitration. In 2024, he co-authored “Adjudicating Construction and Engineering Disputes."
