Andrew is a Director in Savills Building and Project Consultancy Division.

Andrew has a broad qualification background being a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Environmental Surveyor and Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner with these skills assisting him in assessing safety design and risk assessment issues. 

He joined Savills in August  2014 and is the technical lead for CDM2015. He became a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999 and achieved Fellowship (FRICS) in 2011.  He has a Masters Degree in Environmental Decision Making (via the Safety Health & Environmental SHE pathway) this provided CMIOSH status in 2004. 

This skill set allows him to monitor environmental noise, dust, pollution and the associated impact due to development as a specialist practitioner.   He was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors in 2014. Andrew is an Associate Tutor with the College of Estate Management and holds a PgCert in Teaching & Learning and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
