Michael Holden FRICS is director of a surveying practice. He specialises in surveys, valuations of residential property for secured lending. He is the technical author of the 2012 RICS practice note on building surveys / member of the product development group - guidance note on residential surveys (Dec 2013). Michael is an RICS APC assessor and chairman of Bolton RICS group. He has 14 years experience teaching building surveying / property management in higher education.
