Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is a methodology comprised of the key principles and processes for use when managing multiple projects or a programme. This course will illustrate proven best practice for you to adopt and succeed when delivering large scale change.

The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the guidance to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a team to develop a business case using the Five Case Model.

This course will provide students with sufficient knowledge and understanding to work as an informed member of a project team and help prepare participants for the CAPM examination.
