The RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment standard provides the industry with tools to carry out carbon assessments in line with the requirements of the standard which is heavily complex and technical. The standard provides explanation through examples and case studies to enable RICS practitioners to apply the new standard in a practical and ‘in use’ situation.

This webclass acts as an introduction to inform practitioners in why they should implement the requirements of the new WLCA standard, and it is viewed through the lens of UK and infrastructure, retrofit/refurb and maintaining and International. The webclass will be delivered in three parts.

  • Webclass 1: General UK including Infrastructure
  • Webclass 2: Retro fit / refurb / maintaining
  • Webclass 3: International

Each class covers the following topics, viewed through the lens of UK, Retro fit or International.
