Paul Wilbourn chartered building surveyor managing a team of approximately fifty building surveyors and mechanical and electrical engineers for a large local authority in Yorkshire. He has extensive experience of all aspects of project work within the building surveying field including property refurbishment, maintenance and improvement of schools, public buildings and commercial and industrial buildings. He also has experience of undertaking planned maintenance and capital works to both traditional and non-traditional housing stock. Paul's experience of professional work includes contract administration, party wall act, dilapidations, Fire Risk Assessments and DDA. Paul has been an APC supervisor/councillor for approximately 15 years and a Building Surveying APC assessor since April 2008 and usually attends APC assessments at both the spring and autumn assessments sessions in the North of England
