    The PRINCE2 method is in the public domain, and offers non-proprietorial best practice guidance on project management.

    Who is this course for?

    The course is aimed at Project Managers, Programme Managers, Project Administrators, Project Coordinators, Project Management Support Service Managers, CIOs, Programme Office Managers, and Heads of Change.

    PRINCE2 Agile was created for those organisations and individuals who use PRINCE2, but recognise the benefits of applying agile methods. It provides guidance on how to practically apply both PRINCE2 and agile; thus, reducing conflict so that you can benefit from the best of both worlds.

    Pre-Requisites:
    There are no formal pre-requisites for taking the Foundation exam. However, to take the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination, a candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications:

    PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®, IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director,) IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager,) IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager,) or IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate.)

    End of Course Assessment

    Both exams must be taken online via remote proctor.

    The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam is one-hour long, and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. 28 marks or more are required to pass out of 50 questions - a 55% pass mark. The exam is closed book.

    The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam is two-and-a-half hours (150 minues) in duration, with no additional reading time. It is an open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only) based on objective testing, consisting of 50 questions that are each worth one mark. 30 marks or more are required to pass out of 50 questions - a 60% pass mark.
