FIDIC is a widely used contract in Asia, Africa and Europe. This sessions provides an overview of the parties’ main responsibilities when a project is governed by one of the main FIDIC contracts; key milestones of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract Suite, and will provide to practitioners an useful insight as to how the various contract Clauses interact to govern the execution of a project

Extensive references to real case projects will enable delegates to ascertain how rightly & wrongly can the contract terms be interpreted in the field, and the – sometimes severe – associated consequences.
